Her experience includes advising on matters involving enhanced labor stability protections, drafting responses to constitutional actions (tutelas), preparing formal petitions before authorities, calculating employment-related liabilities and settlements, conducting disciplinary proceedings, performing due diligence processes, supporting collective negotiations, and providing counsel on sexual and workplace harassment matters.
