María Paula Romero has nine years of experience in individual labor law, collection processes for pension liabilities, and corporate transactions from the labor standpoint. She has also advised local and foreign clients in more than 30 corporate transactions, due diligence, employer substitutions, retirement plans, mass layoffs, hiring and mobility structures for national and foreign employees, administration of pension liabilities, and management of individual and collective labor relations within the sectors of Technology, Media & Communications, Banks & Financial Entities, Infrastructure, and Non-Profit Entities, such as Foundations.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, María Paula Romero leaded the Employment & Pensions practice and was an associate of the Labor & Migratory practice at two local firms.
