Nicolás Giraldo joined PHR in 2022 and has been a Junior Associate since 2023. His practice focuses on Banking & finance and capital markets.

Nicolás has worked on cross-border lending transactions, providing advice to domestic and international debtors and creditors, including multilateral lending institutions, in complex financing transactions. Nicolás has participated in cross-border project finance, corporate financings and refinancings, telecommunications, technology and healthcare industry financings, and acquisition finance transactions. Nicolás is admitted to practice in Colombia.
