Pablo Fernández is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on transactional taxes, tax consultancy and private clients. 

Pablo has nine years of experience in advising domestic and foreign companies and investors with respect to their ordinary course of business and transactions entailing acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations, as well as in the structuring and financing of their investments and projects. Additionally, Pablo has experience advising private clients and the structuring of their wealth.  

Pablo has advised companies and investors of several industries, including agricultural, port, energy, infrastructure and retail.
