Rodrigo Beltrán Grueso has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. His professional practice focuses on White – Collar Crime and Compliance and Internal Investigations.

Rodrigo has two years of experience in matters related to Criminal Law and Transitional Justice. He has focused on representing individuals and legal entities in extensive criminal and asset forfeiture proceedings. He has also participated in transitional justice matters within Colombia and in various countries around the world. 

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Rodrigo worked at different law firms specializing in Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. He also worked at NGOs supporting Transitional Justice and Human Rights processes.
