Santiago is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2025. His professional practice focuses on corporate law and M&A.

Santiago has four years in corporate and financial law, with a focus on corporate matters and corporate secretarial functions in a leading financial holding. He has participated in the structuring of public tender offers, capitalization, and spin-offs of companies, as well as in the negotiated purchase of shares listed on the stock market. Additionally, he has advised on foreign investment projects and contract negotiations.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Santiago worked at Organización Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo, where he advised entities in the real and financial sectors within the enterpise group on national and international investment projects, as well as on matters related to nonprofit organizations.
