Sara Gnecco is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2025. Her professional practice focuses on labor and immigration law.

Sara has two years of experience advising the private sector on compliance with labor and immigration obligations. She has participated in the drafting and review of employment contracts, internal regulations, cooperation agreements, and corporate conventions, as well as in addressing inquiries related to the management of individual and collective labor relations. Additionally, she has supported the process of obtaining and renewing visas and permits for foreign workers, assisting companies in their international talent acquisition processes and in complying with obligations before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Migración Colombia.

Before joining as an associate, Sara worked at Posse Herrera Ruiz as a paralegal.
