Sebastián Molano has been an associate of Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2021. His professional practice focuses on Tax, tax consulting and planning, international investment and wealth management.

Has experience advising local and foreign companies and multinational groups on national, local, and international taxes, investment strategies, M&A and other matters with tax and finance impact. Also, acts as advisor of families and individuals (HNW – UHNW) in the management of their private wealth with a special focus on tax and family law matters. Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, he worked at local law firms.
