Sofía Toro is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2022. Her professional practice focuses on urban planning and real estate law.
Sofia has experience in issues related to urban and real estate law. She has participated in massive asset acquisition transactions and the structuring of real estate projects. She has also assisted in matters related to management and planning instruments, licensing procedures, telecommunications regulation, public services, and condominium regimes.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Sofía worked in the legal vice-presidency of the central securities depository (CSD) of Colombia – Deceval, and has worked for several local firms.
She also attended the Economic Law Seminar of the Comillas Pontifical University, the University of Seville and the Corvinus University of Budapest and obtained an honorable mention for his undergraduate work.
