Valentina Sierra has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2026. Her professional practice focuses on Dispute Resolution.

Valentina has more than two years of experience handling complex disputes arising from International Investment Agreements under ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules, as well as international commercial law and corporate responsibility in human rights matters.

Her experience includes advising and representing Colombia in sectors such as mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Valentina worked as a lawyer in the Arbitration and Investment Group of the International Legal Defense Direction of the National Agency for Legal Defense of the State and as coordinator of the Business and Human Rights Clinic at Universidad de La Sabana.
