General Update of the National Registry of Databases

We remind you to carry out the general update of the National Registry of Databases (RNBD) that must be performed annually as established in the External Circular No. 003 of August 1, 2018 of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Data Authority). The obligation applies to those companies and non-profit entities that are responsible for the processing of personal data in Colombia and have total assets exceeding 100,000 Tax Value Units (COP$3,800,400,000, approximately US$960,000).

The update must be made no later than March 31st, 2022.
