Cementos Argos, a cement company of the Argos Group, and Saint-Gobain announce the closing of an agreement to create a Joint Venture in Colombia with the aim of developing mortar solutions. At closing, Saint-Gobain acquired 60% and Cementos Argos acquired 40% of Saint Gobain Weber Colombia S.A.S, the joint venture vehicle.

This project aims to strengthen the leadership and growth of both companies in the region by improving the offer of a comprehensive range of solutions for lightweight and sustainable construction.
