Posse Herrera Ruiz advised Cencosud on the negotiation and execution of the acquisition agreement and all ancillary agreements, pursuant to which Cenco Malls, through its subsidiary Cencosud Col Shopping S.A.S., will indirectly acquire a 51% interest in the Plaza Central shopping center (the “Transaction”).
Through this Transaction, Cencosud will become a strategic partner of Patrimonio Estrategias Inmobiliarias (PEI), strengthening its presence in Colombia — one of the most significant markets in the region for the company — and reaffirming its commitment to continued growth and regional expansion.
