Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal counsel to IHS Towers in the acquisition of Centennial Towers Colombia S.A.S. in a regional operation involving Colombia and Brazil. The Colombian tranche of the transaction adds 217 towers in Colombia to the portfolio of assets of IHS.
