Posse Herrera Ruiz has advised Ingram Micro, Inc. in the acquisition of Canal Digital S.A., a technology distributor based in Bogotá D.C. The transaction will allow Ingram Micro to grow its technological distribution business and expand the services that are being offered by the firm in Colombia.
