PHR acted as Colombian counsel for the shareholders of JMalucelli Travelers Seguros S.A., a Colombian insurance company, in the sale of their participation, which represented 100% of the capital of the company, to certain companies of the Liberty Group. The acquisition closed on April 11, 2025.
