Posse Herrera Ruíz acted as legal counsel to Grupo Bolívar and Compañía de Seguros Bolívar in the negotiation and execution of a share purchase agreement to sell their stake in Sura Asset Management to Grupo Sura. The total consideration is estimated at COP1.58 billion. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory authorizations.
