Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as local legal advisor to Webull Financial LLC in obtaining authorization from the Colombian Financial Superintendency to open a representative office in Colombia. Through this office, Webull will promote and offer its financial products and services related to the foreign securities market.

The authorization was granted through Resolution No. 034, issued on January 9, 2025, marking an important milestone in Webull’s international expansion.
