The refinancing the Pasto-Rumichaca Project for USD800.000.000 involves a New York law-governed loan agreement for USD278.000.000, a Colombian law-governed loan agreement for Colombian pesos equivalent to USD260.000.000, and the issuance of a social bond under Rule 144a /Reg S for USD262.000.000.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Société Générale, MUFG Bank, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Siemens Financial Services acted as International Lenders under the International Loan Agreement. Bancolombia S.A., Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional S.A. and Banco Davivienda S.A. acted as Local Lenders under the Local Loan Agreement. JPMorgan Chase Bank and Goldman Sachs and Co. LLC, acted as structurers an bookrunners for the issuance, where IDB Invest (IDB Group) was the anchor investor.
