Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor to Mainstream Renewable Group in the sale to Celsia of 100% of its shares in the companies (i) Parque Solar Andrómeda I S.A.S E.S. P and (ii) Mainstream Colombia S.A.S., which own a portfolio of 675 megawatts (MW) comprising solar and wind power generation projects at various stages of development.
