PHR advised Norfund, The Norwegian Investment Fund For Developing Countries (“Norfund”) in connection with Norfund’s equity investment in the Barzalosa Project, undertaken through Barzalosa S.A.S. E.S.P. The Barzalosa Project is a greenfield photovoltaic power plant to be developed in Nariño, Cundinamarca, Colombia, with an anticipated installed capacity of approximately 100 MWac / 120 MWp.
