Constructora Meco S.A. has sought legal counsel from Posse Herrera Ruiz to sell its 26% stake in Concesión Pacífico Tres S.A.S. to Patria Investments. The transaction has been signed, and its closing is subject to customary conditions for these types of transactions, including government and lenders required authorizations. 

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal counsel in Colombia for Camposol S.A. and its Colombian subsidiary, Camposol Colombia S.A.S., in the extension of a revolving credit facility governed by Peruvian law.
