PHR acted as legal advisor in Colombia to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., JP Morgan Securities LLC, and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. Cayman Branch  in GeoPark Limited’s $550 million bond issuance of 8.750% senior notes due 2030.
