Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of Grupo Orbis S.A., in the negotiation and signing of the stock purchase agreement for the transfer of 100% of the company’s shares to AkzoNobel Coatings International.
The transaction involves the following Grupo Orbis subsidiaries: Pintuco in all the geographies where it has a presence, Andercol Colombia, Poliquim Ecuador, Mundial and Centro de Servicios Mundial.
